CNS is always looking for professional and hardworking caregivers to join our homemaker/home health aide agency. To become part of our team please contact our Human Recourses Department Monday thru Friday 9AM- 2PM.
When submitting your application please be sure to include the following documents:

• Completed Application Form.

• Physical Exam/TB/PPD Test.

• U.S Driver's License or (Valid Photo ID if not a driver).

• Social Security Card (original).

• Home Health Aide Certification (if applicable).

• Certified Nurses Aide License (if applicable).
  Resident Alien Card/Passport/US Work Authorization (if not a US Citizen).

• HHA Certification or CNA License.

• References (3 minimum - MUST BE previous employers or supervisors).

• Resume detailing work experience.
